The nominations for the 2016 Academy Awards were announced this morning with Anonymous Content productions earning top spots. Anonymous Content films, “The Revenant” and “Spotlight” earned a total of 18 Oscar nominations between the two, including a nod for each in the Best Picture and Best Director category. The Oscar recognition comes on the heels of a unbelievable Golden Globes night with Best Picture and Best Director wins for Alejandro G. Inarritu’s “The Revenant”. Now onto the Academy Awards ceremony on February 28th.
