DGA Nominated Director John X. Carey Joins Anonymous Content

We are thrilled to welcome DGA nominated Director John X. Carey to our commercial roster. Carey achieved acclaim for his viral sensation “Dove Real Beauty Sketches.” The short film was the most viewed commercial of all time, and the third most shared commercial, was chosen Ad Age’s number one campaign of the 21st Century, and is the winner of the Cannes Lions Titanium Grand Prix.

Carey has continued to create some of the advertising industry’s top work – this year alone his direction includes the Cannes Lion Grand Prix Pharma winner, Phillips “Breathless Choir,” University of Phoenix “Voicemail,” featuring NFL star receiver Larry Fitzgerald remembering his late mother, and “Dillan’s Voice” for Apple, sharing the moving triumph of an autistic teen who learns to express himself after using an iPad.

Selected for AdWeek’s “Creative 100 of 2016” list, Carey was named on of the top 20 content creators setting the bar for creativity. Carey is one of the most recognized directors today, with his work garnering over fifty wins and nominations at commercial awards such as One Show, AICP, D&AD, Clios, and Cannes Lions Awards.
