13 Reasons Why Cast Reads Personal Letters

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of hit drama 13 Reasons Why, and the show’s incredible fans, Netflix released videos of the cast reading letters from real-life survivors of bullying and sexual assault relating their experiences and hope.

In anticipation of season two, Netflix has also announced that it will add a new level of warning before the first episode of each season, further advising potential viewers that if they’re “struggling with these issues yourself, this series may not be right for you, or you may want to watch it with a trusted adult. If you ever feel you need someone to talk with, reach out to a parent, a friend, a school counselor or an adult you trust. Call a local helpline or go to because the minute that you start talking about it, it gets easier.”
